Did You Know?

We have a Rabbi’s Advisory and Review Committee (RARC) and a Cantor’s Advisory and Review Committee (CARC). Each has three members. Each committee helps facilitate communication and understanding between the Rabbi or Cantor and the congregation. Committee members serve as advisors to the Rabbi or Cantor by helping the Rabbi or Cantor better understand and reflect upon congregational and Religious Committee concerns and perspectives. Committee members help facilitate and mediate effective communication between the Rabbi or Cantor and the Board of Trustees; the congregation; individual congregants; and the Religious Committee. Committee members also provide on-going feedback to the Rabbi or Cantor.
